Customs Clearance Delays for shipments to the USA -
We have no control over delays in your country's customs processing. It is not uncommon for the estimated delivery time to be exceeded due to packages held up in customs. However, in every instance of delay, the package will arrive, it just requires patience.
For faster Express Post delivery in Canada or USA
(the Post Office promises 5-7 days - but this is not a guarantee by any means - just faster service) - use items 1 and 2.
Shipments to all other countries (not Canada or USA)
- please use only item 3.
All GNM publication orders are shipped within two working days or sooner. Shipping is by Postal Service (regular parcel post to Canada, "Expedited Mail" [2 weeks or less] cross-border parcel-post to USA and Airmail to all other countries).
Tracking is provided when available.
$ The procedure to pay is simple:
- select your purchase item and quantity (1 or more)
- press the "BUY" button for your selected publication
- consider adding ExpressPost delivery by adding item 1
- press the "Go to Cart" button on the right
- and proceed with complete confidence for payment with your credit card (preferably PayPal). This results in only one charge to your credit card.
